Last updated: June 14, 2026
“Drilloot” (the “App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App.
The App may collect the following information:
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA): Collected via Google AdMob only when you grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Used for ad personalization and delivery optimization.
- Device Information: Anonymized device information (OS version, device model, language settings) collected by Google AdMob for ad delivery.
- Crash Reports: Anonymous crash information may be sent via Apple’s systems if you allow it. This is managed by Apple, not by us.
- Usage Data (Anonymous): Anonymous, aggregated gameplay statistics (such as quest completions, stratum progression, artifact-feature usage, and whether a purchase was made) are collected via the analytics service Aptabase. This data is never linked to a user account, personally identifiable information, or any advertising identifier, and is not used for tracking. You can turn this off at any time in the in-app settings (see “Your Choices” below).
The App does not require user accounts and does not collect any personally identifiable information such as name, email, or location. All game progress is stored locally on your device.
Collected information is used solely for:
- Displaying and optimizing advertisements
- Investigating bugs and improving app quality
- Analyzing anonymous usage to improve game balance and content
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
Each service collects and uses information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
4. Your Choices
You can control tracking through the following methods:
- Disable ATT: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off permission for this app
- Reset Advertising ID: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Reset Advertising Identifier
- Opt out of usage data: In-app Settings → turn off “Send Usage Data” (on by default; turning it off stops all anonymous analytics)
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is rated 4+ but we do not recommend its use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
6. International Data Transfers
Data collected by Google AdMob may be transferred to servers in various countries, including the United States. Anonymous usage data is also processed on the analytics service Aptabase’s United States region servers.
